standing waves

that day we drew a wave and found the frequency. after this we figured out the speed of a wave is always the same no matter how much force is given. you can find the speed by multiplying the wavelength and frequency together. today i learned that the speed of a wave is always the same

one simple harmonic motion i saw was a swing set moving back and forth.
another one i saw was your pendulum or newtons toy whatever going back and forth
a third one i found was a light bulb hanging in a basement

Distracted Driving

distracted driving is obviously  bad because of all the risks of accidents and because when you do that your not always the only one in the car.

once a me and a couple friends were in my teachers car to go to a field trip and i was riding shotgun. she was making her hair into a bun and texting at the same time. i laughed at the sight and told her she a bad influence and she said "i know im sorry" and as a joke i held the steering wheel to make us go straight on the road. i felt suprise on all teh things she was doing like holding a hair clip with her mouth doing her hair into a bun texting and driving.

Reaction time

describe what reaction time is and explain three examples of reaction time in your own life.

1. in tennis a ball was going straight to my face and my reaction time was quick enough that i managed to dodge it 

2. my mom accidently passed a red light and a car passed in front of her and her reaction time was so great that we stopped miles away from the car (not joking she was no where near it)

3.when your playing video games low reaction time is a great thing to have becasue you have to shoot the guy before he shoots you. (im sure that apply to real life but ive never been in that situation)
